An apple a day keeps the doctor away..

1. Lots of Bed rest
2. Drink lots of fluids - to avoid dehydration
3. Can drink salt solutions
4. Change diet => Only Bland foods - e.g. cereals, rice, soup, crackers, applesauce etc.
-Avoid fried foods
-Avoid spicy foods
-Avoid fruits and vegetables

ONLY THEN .. Gradual addition of solid foods

FINALLY... Gradual return to usual diet
